email scams (be careful)

Today I got an email from google, I think adsense I've finished the review and received but I find it odd for an email address, and I am looking for information aboutemail addresses and email scams that it was the name of google, the contents of the email I received the following

so when my friends get an email the name of google that do not directly follow the instructions that is provided in the email but please check first the truth.
